Asthma and Allergy Relief
An allergy occurs when your body can't break down pollen in
the air or food in your stomach or digestive tract. Your immune system then attempts to
break down the particles, causing an allergic reaction and immune response.
Raw food naturally contains the enzymes necessary to digest
itself. However, enzymes are destroyed by most methods of cooking and processing, placing
the full burden of digestion on the body. This not only overtaxes the body and increases
the likelihood of allergy, but often leaves food only partially digested. This means that
your body is unable to utilize all of the key nutrients found in foods or to relieve allergies. These nutrients pass through the body instead of being used to
build muscle, repair tissues, increase energy or improve immunity to allergy. For health
and longevity, it is imperative to replenish the enzymes you choose to take out by cooking
or processing, or which are lost because of other lifestyle factors.
