Fat Weight Loss, Not Muscle Loss

When people employ the correct principles of fat weight loss, it is common to lose inches and body fat, but not see much change in their scale weight. In other words, you may have lost 5 pounds of fat and gained 3 pounds of muscle, but the scale only reports 2 pounds of total weight lost. Losing inches and body fat is a better indicator of progress than just scale weight. Check out the fat weigt loss Enzyme Diet.
